USDA CERTIFIED
We handle every part of the process ourselves—no middlemen, no shortcuts. Just high-quality, USDA-certified beef that reflects the hard work and dedication we put into our ranch. Whether you’re enjoying a casual family dinner or hosting a special occasion, our beef makes every meal memorable.

Raised Right
Our cattle are raised with care, in wide-open pastures, and fed a natural diet that ensures high-quality beef.
The Team
Both Scott and Ann grew up in northern Illinois on Feeder Cattle Farms. Soon after High School , Scott moved to Central Wyoming and started a career in Taxidermy. Ann moved out shortly after him and they married and raised 2 sons in Wyoming. Seeking a change in career, Scott was hired in 2005 to work and live on a cattle/hay ranch in Wyoming. Back to his roots! He was approached in 2018 by the owners of Timber Creek Ranch to move to East Texas and manage their ranch. A great opportunity to get away from the harsh winters in Wyoming. Both Scott and Ann take pride in their quality beef they are raising. From Our Ranch to Your Table.
